IN SEARCH OF OUR FORGOTTEN ROOTS

Ai-Tchourek Ojun will go back to Vetan, Aosta Valley  (Italy), for two intensive seminars about Tuva's shamanism. According to shamanic tradition, it is of fundamental importance to keep our ancient ties with the Spirits of the Earth and never as today it is important to re-learn to honour our Mother Earth: nowadays Nature gives us signs of malaise that are getting more and more pressing, and re-learn to honour our Mother Earth is just the task each of us has to achieve.
Ai-Tchourek will introduce us to very ancient ceremonials of Tuva's tradition, and connect us to our ancestral roots. She will teach us to set up a mutual exchange of know-how with our Mother Earth: how to use her powers in order to heal and how to heal, with our strength, our Primordial Mother.

AUGUST

A SHAMANIC JOURNEY TO POWER’S  PLACES IN TUVA

By summer 2001, we suggest you two shamanic journey around Tuva, Ai-Tchourek's land.
Ai-Tchourek and her shamans will celebrate our arrival with their ancient Tuva's ceremonial to welcome  us to their shamanic organization called "Tos Deer". After having received their blessing and prayed to open the way, we will venture on the taiga (Siberian forest), we will sleep in the yurts (nomadic tents), where we will prepare, following their rituals, the shamanic food to be offered to the mighty Tuva's Spirits. We will go on pilgrimage to Tuva’s power’s places , we will stop at Sacred Ovaa (shamanic altars) in order to celebrate the "kamlanie" (shamanic ritual of fire) and to receive their power. We will heal ourselves at the magical mineral springs called "arjaan", we will honour the holy mountain of Chairakan, Tuva's Patron's home and the Bertag's Spirits, in Ai-Tchourek's native land.

We will undertake this pilgrimage to invoke the Spirits' help and mercy upon us, upon Tuva's people and upon Mother Earth.

THE HEALING OF MOTHER EARTH

Three days with Ai-Tchourek Ojun, Zakharova Aida,  Kuular Ay-Suu, Popuu Dadar-ool, Choodu Aldyn Kherel, Dobyndo Natalia, shamans from Tuva, the Professor Mongush Kenin Lopsan, President of Tuva's shamans, and the famous throat-singer Ondar Kongar-ool, to build an Ovaa in honor of the Mont Blanc

WOMEN OF PEACE

Inter-religious, intercultural and inter-racial meeting with the most charismatic female representatives of various religions and cultures in order to learn to share the depth of the messages that every religion and  every culture teach us in the attempt to exceed the cultural and racial barriers in the new millenium.  A weekend where the  contact with great social and religious leaders  will help us to understand  that  the love message of every creed can be realized on the common ground of  solidarity through the social engagement . This is the first meeting and we hope will become an annual meeting. 
This year  "WOMEN OF PEACE" will raise funds for the Unicef-Zonta International project to help eliminate Maternal and Neonatal Tetanus in Nepal (see: www.zonta.org)
